How we do it…
Our production process starts with the selection of premium high-carbon spring steel, followed by precise stamping and advanced heat treatment using digital temperature control and mineral oil quenching. This ensures optimal hardness and toughness. We use a three-stage polishing system for a smooth finish and mechanical sharpening for consistent sharpness. Our proprietary anti-rust oil protects the blades for up to two years. Each machete is assembled with high-quality alloy rivets for secure handle attachment. Our lean production approach and continuous innovation ensure we deliver high-quality products to our customers.

History and Evolution
Carbide steel is used as the mold, so that we can maintain it after each use and replace it with a new one when it is due. Meanwhile, 3 sets of 6-ton and 7 sets of small 1-ton CNC stamping machines ensure that our plans are completed on time.
Heating, quenching, and tempering are all done in a natural gas furnace with digital control of temperature and time to ensure that each knife has good hardness, toughness, and durability.
Using 4 sets of high mesh gauze polishing machines, the up and back sides are polished separately to ensure that the surface of each knife is smooth and bright.
Using a stroke-type blade opener, each knife follows a conical blade opening method to ensure that the left and right sides of the blade are neat and flat.
The entire blade is wrapped with anti-rust oil, and the self-designed blade dryer uses a self-developed anti-rust oil formula to ensure rust prevention.
Free laser cutting machines as well as CNC machines with stronger OEM and ODM capabilities to fulfill customers’ needs for customized blade shapes faster.
