From Steel Coil to Sharp Edge: Our Lean Manufacturing Process
Precision-Manufactured Machetes for Agriculture and Beyond
Gear Machete uses precision stamping to shape the entire machete blade from tip to handle in a single process. This ensures consistent blade profiles and production efficiency.
We source high-quality 65Mn/50Mn spring steel coils, ensuring superior hardness, flexibility, and wear resistance for professional-grade machetes.
With presses exceeding 50 tons, we form the entire blade—handle to tip—in a single stroke, ensuring structural integrity and dimensional precision.
Each blade features a stamped logo and pre-punched rivet holes, enhancing brand identity and guaranteeing perfect alignment during handle assembly.
The true strength of a machete lies in its heat treatment process, where hardness and toughness are perfectly balanced.
Through a carefully controlled double tempering process, manganese content is fully activated, enhancing blade toughness and preventing brittleness during heavy-duty use.
Each blade is heated to approximately 800°C, then rapidly quenched. This transforms the steel’s structure, raising hardness from around HRC20 to HRC55+ for superior edge retention.
A flawless surface is not only aesthetic but also protects the blade. Our polishing process highlights the raw beauty of high-carbon steel.
Using multiple sandbag polishing machines, we thoroughly remove heat-treatment oxide layers, revealing a smooth, bright metallic finish that enhances durability and corrosion resistance.
The cutting edge defines a machete’s performance. We offer precision sharpening options to meet various cutting needs across industries.
All blades feature a tapered edge design that balances cutting power and edge retention. The optimal bevel ensures clean cuts with minimal user effort.
Outdoor tools like machetes face harsh environments. Our custom anti-rust formula, developed specifically for high-carbon steel blades, offers unmatched protection.
Each machete blade is meticulously processed through industrial-grade cleaning, immersion in our proprietary anti-rust oil, and high-temperature curing—forming a dense, air-tight shield that prevents rust and corrosion from the inside out.
Designed to withstand humid, coastal, or rainy environments, our rust-resistant coating ensures your machete stays sharp and oxidation-free—even after months in storage or overseas transit.
Our oil isn’t generic—it’s engineered specifically for high-carbon steel machetes. It penetrates microstructures in the blade, bonds under heat, and seals the surface against air and moisture for lasting protection.
The final assembly transforms raw steel into a reliable tool. Every component—from handle to rivet—is engineered for durability and user safety.
We use kiln-dried hardwood with <10% moisture content or high-strength engineered plastics. Each handle is ergonomically shaped for balance and fatigue-free use.
High-tensile alloy rivets are machine-fitted with precise pressure, ensuring the blade and handle are firmly bonded. No loose parts, even after thousands of swings in the field.
Our rigorous assembly process ensures that the machete withstands harsh field conditions, maintaining structural integrity and user safety over extended use.
Beyond manufacturing, we ensure every machete arrives in perfect condition—ready for your warehouse or market shelves.
